We love animals and we're happy to let them watch us bring the sparkle.  During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our pets like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. 

Yes! We understand how so many people are working from home these days. If you will be home during your cleaning we just ask that you wear a mask when engaging with us and that you physically distance yourself from where we're cleaning.

If you or anyone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms we require a reschedule of your booking with us. We strongly encourage you to not be home during the cleaning so we can maintain social distancing. If you will be home we require mask wearing while we engage and that you stay in a room with a door closed while we clean so we can keep safe distance. We disinfect all cleaning supplies after each use.  Our sparkle specialists have temperature checks before entering your home and wear disposable face. masks and gloves for the entire duration of your cleaning. The time frame will depend on your sparkle selection, the size of your home and how dirty it is.  We will include an estimated time frame with your quote.  Our average time frame is 3-5 hours.

If you have never had your home professionally cleaned before or haven't had it cleaned in awhile take notice of the following areas: 

Is there dust built up on furniture, baseboards, behind toilets? Is there significant stains in the shower or around toilets? Does your stove top have food caked on that won't come off? Typically if you can see dirt than it's below a 5. If you can't really see dirt but you know its there your score would be around a 5.  If you have had your home professionally cleaned or you keep up on a regular basis and your home sparkles you're 8-10.  Hope this helps.  You can always ask questions when sending your information in for a quote.

With the exception of our Spot Sparkle we spend our time on more deep cleaning rather than tidying up. In order for us to. make the best use out of our time we encourage you to declutter and pick up toys and clothes. Its easier for us to clean your floors well if we can see them.  We're happy to wash dishes but think ahead of time how you would like our time spent cleaning your home.
